If you are sole owner of your business b. If you own a business with your wife c. If you own a business with your wife and your son d. If you own a company that owns a business 2. If you own multiple businesses (whether as a sole proprietor, partnership or company), you need only register once by selecting any of the businesses and all business under your profile will be displayed once registration is completed. REGISTRY DEPARTMENT – TEMPORARY CLOSURES - (CLICK HERE)

The Turks and Caicos Islands Financial Services Commission (TCI FSC) wishes to notify the public that the Registry Department offices in Providenciales and Grand Turk will be closed to the public on Friday, 10 July, 2026 to facilitate a staff training session.

Normal services will resume on Monday, 13 July, 2026.

TCI FSC apologises for any inconvenience and thanks members of the public for
their understanding.

Instructions for Legitimate Interest Applicants

A non-refundable fee of $250 must be included with each application.
Extra documents are needed depending on the type of applicant:
- For applicants under Regulation 31(a) or (b):
  - Proof of identity and credentials
  - Evidence that the request is for a valid reason under Regulation 31
- For applicants under Regulation 31(c):
  - Proof of identity
  - Evidence of an existing or planned business relationship or transaction with the company
  - Details of that relationship or transaction
  - Confirmation that the request is for a valid reason under Regulation 31
One application can cover more than one company if the companies are connected.
