If you have forgotten your user ID and you need to recover it, search your inbox for emails from no-reply@tcifsc.tc.

Here's how you can do it:

1. Open your email account (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
2. Search for emails from no-reply@tcifsc.tc in your inbox or spam folder.
3. Look through the emails for any information related to your user ID.
